Dr. Oz Deems LifeSculpt™ "Wonderful"

Last week Dr. Oz featured the new LifeSculpt procedure on his popular TV talkshow. Dr. Oz was joined by Kenneth Rothaus, MD, a board-certified plastic surgeon in New York City and an early clinical user of the SlimLipo laser. The technology was featured during the "Age Erasers!" segment of Wednesday's show. Dr. Rothaus discussed with Dr. Oz how a laser-based enhancement to liposuction can help patients look and feel better by "melting" unwanted fat (lipolysis) and tightening skin through soft tissue coagulation -- offering patients a more desirable, youthful look.

Dr. Rothaus remarked, "SlimLipo has transformed my liposuction practice. My patients are demanding these types of procedures. Since there's virtually no bruising or post-procedure pain, these patients are often back to work the same day."

Drs. Oz and Rothaus were joined by a female patient who, having had a SlimLipo treatment to her "turkey neck" by Dr. Rothaus just one week ago, revealed her impressive result. Drs. Oz and Rothaus also demonstrated the SlimLipo laser in the studio, showing how quickly it melts fat.

Dunagan, Yates and Alison now offers the LifeSculpt™ procedure with the SlimLipo™ system featured on the Dr. Oz show.

The LifeSculpt™ procedure uses an advanced laser body sculpting system called SlimLipo™, which features fat "melting" laser wavelengths that gently liquefy fat. The liquefied fat is then permanently removed from the body, using a medical suction device, through a few tiny incisions.

Because LifeSculpt is gentle on the body, physicians usually use only a local anesthesia, allowing you to stay awake and quickly resume your normal daily activities. Of course, every patient and procedure is different, so talk this over with us to see what works best for you.
