Patient's Story
I was so unhappy with my stomach. My clothes just didn't fit right. I'd seen some tummy tucks on TV, and I was just determined to have it done. I called and requested an Information Book. I sat and studied the before and after photos and decided I wanted to go to Dunagan, Yates & Alison. I live in the Florence area, but after I met with Dr. Alison I knew I'd found a surgeon I was comfortable with.

My daughter was against me having surgery. She is a nurse and she's seen some plastic surgery that wasn't done right. But I was comfortable with Dr. Alison and decided to have it done.

I stayed in Huntsville a week after the surgery. I didn't have any pain, the medication they give you after the surgery is great! I was already a healthy weight before, but I lost 10 pounds by time I was all finished. Now my clothes fit great!

The best part has been watching my friends and family try to guess what has changed. I didn't tell anybody I was having it done, not even some of my relatives, so please don't use my name in the book. It's been fun for them to wonder out loud about why I look so good, they ask me if I got a hair cut or new clothes! I just smile and say, "Yes! The clothes are new."
